Bi Feng has more than 27 years of design experience in pharmaceutical, semiconductors and industrial buildings which have been involved in all design phases for both greenfield and revamp projects. Also he has wide-ranging experience in project management and engineering in the pharmaceutical industry.

As HVAC discipline lead or Engineering Manager or project manager, he has been engaged in many domestic China projects and have extensive experience on pharmaceutical projects for Western clients such as AstraZeneca, Bayer, Roche, Johnson & Johnson, etc. He leads design team ensuring all project deliverables satisfy expected target, schedule, and scope parameters; proactively coordinates with other disciplines; and provides technical support and recommendations to design teams to optimize their work.

Bi Feng has deep understanding of GMP requirements to find the good practice to minimize the potential for cross-contamination and ensure the protection of the operator and the protection of the environment. He has extensive experience during project execution for cost/schedule management and change management.
